Ingredients
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ medium onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup Orinoco Foods Garlic Sauce
- ¼ cup heavy cream or unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
